Kathryn Gilmore with FoodWise Northwest! Kathryn won a spot in a Ladies Who Launch Incubator Intensive Workshop.

FoodWise Northwest just started in January. Kathryn offers customized meal planning and food coaching. She works with people who are trying to build a different relationship with food, from the busy mom with limited time to the individual who wants to each more vegetables. She works one-on-one and sends shopping tips and recipes.

We’ll hear from Kathryn as she shares her weekly incubator experience on-air with the Sisters of Sizzle every Wednesday for the month of March.
